Simplicity and ease of use are the keys to precise joinery with the FMT. One guide, one bit and one setup are all that is required to produce the mortise and the tenon. A guide pin moves around the joint guide to form the tenon and along the centre slot of the guide to produce the mortise. It’s that easy!
The FMT is a precision engineered and quality manufactured tool. Alignment of joint parts is always guaranteed. Joint fit is infinitely adjustable by simply turning a calibrated knob. Joint fit settings are recordable and instantly repeatable.
Rout perfect joints from match-stick frames and miniature tables, to full-size chairs, frame-and-panel chests or 6-foot garden gates, in stock up to 3” x 5”. No other jig can match the versatility of the FMT. Novice or experienced woodworkers can easily rout single, double, twin, quadruple or even triple mortise and tenon joints - plus angled and compound-angled joints, all perfectly aligned.
